A camp all about fun, fitness and healthy cooking in the great outdoors. Similar to outdoor school, but it won't feel like school.

About the camp

Six acres to explore

Just 8 minutes north of Waterdown: forest, gardens and a small pond, with Sam the cuddly cat, ducks and chickens. Great for bike riding, and right across the road our friends at Wyatt Farm Organics have grass-fed cattle, mini donkeys and more.

Campers eat what's growing in the garden. We may even make spinach ice cream.

Good to know

What to bring

We cook lunch together on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please send snacks, water and lunch for Tuesday and Thursday. Parents get an email before camp with health and safety information and a look at the week.

Ages 9 to 17

Youth sprinting program

Six weeks to transform running form, build explosive power and speed, and increase confidence. In the first round, runners improved by 0.5 to 1 second on their 100 m, 80 m and 60 m sprints. Coached by Kaley, a former state champion in the 800 m and 300 m hurdles.
