Client of the Month
Since Aug she has set goals for every 10 sessions. Things like being able to skull crush more than 8 lbs, do a free hang longer than 8 sec, holding a strong elbow plank for longer than 30 sec and each time she has reached her goals!!
This round we worked on her cardio doing a bit of kickboxing many sessions. Her resting HR went from 73 to 68 and her 3 min step test went from 108 to 92!! Heak ya who doesn't love to feel their cardio improve!!
To top it off she passed the first bar of her Bar exam!! Can we give her some love ❤

8 wk Breaking Free To Wellness
We all have those bad habits that circle back in our lives over and over. You are good for a few weeks in your healthy habits, and then the pantry is calling you for chips, chocolate, cookies, and ice cream.
Or you skip a few days of your movement routines and then you completely fall off.
You are on the ball with your mindfulness practices and then they seem not that important.
Why do we stop these things when we know they make us feel sooo good?
It is usually related to stressors that come into our lives. We will help you identify these stressors and help you with strategies to manage them. Lots of tips, tricks, and support, too break free of the cycle.
