Ok gang...here's your inspiration. This gal deserves some huge recognition. 

If you have ever been in an accident you can relate to her story.

 

She had a very bad accident and came to me wanting to build back the strength in her right leg(it was an inch smaller when she came to me). She also wanted to work on her posture.

So VERY proud of this beautiful gal inside and out. She is a pleasure to train.

We all have those bad habits that circle back in our lives over and over.  You are good for a few weeks in your healthy habits, and then the pantry is calling you for chips, chocolate, cookies, and ice cream.
