 Are you feeling like a tightly wound spring, ready to snap? Is your cortisol level so high that it could qualify for a hot air balloon competition? Fear not! We have the perfect remedy for your stress-induced shenanigans.

Event Details

 Join us for a morning dedicated to lowering those pesky cortisol levels and turning that frown upside down! We’ll kick off with a free, relaxing practice that includes breathwork and stretches so gentle, even a sloth would be impressed.

What to Expect

-Walk enjoy a 1 KM gentle walk - Breathwork: Learn to breathe like you just found out there’s a sale on your favourite snacks.
