Service Description

*10 th year running the program - Keeping Waterdown/Carlisle community active outdoors *Are you new to running or want to get out walking with a group? *Did you used to run but have given it up since covid and looking for some guidance to help you get back on track or just start by walking. *You can walk or run intervals(we usually have 1/4 walkers 3/4 runners) *Do you find yourself saying, I need to get out and walk more or get more cardio in? *Do you want to become stronger, fast, and more confident? *Or perhaps you just want to work on your health and fitness * Family Friendly Active Event - We love when you bring your whole family as we really enjoy working with kids This 10 Week Learn to Run Program is designed to help you tackle your goals of maybe running a 5K race or getting back to running consistently or feeling better mentally & physically. Learn to Run/Walkfit will be held Monday's with optional meetup times. 🙂 *Assessment for muscles used during running & walking *Educational talk each week with email sent out with Cole's notes *Warm up with mobility work *Walk fit-walk intervals with station exercises like squats, bench pushups, lunges, posture work, etc. *Learn to Run-Run/Walk intervals set out for you beforehand *Thorough Cool Down with mobility work Please PM me to join us!! Introducing your coach Kaley Metler, CPT Certified Personal Trainer, Fascial Stretch Therapist, Sports Nutrition Level III Certified, Group Fitness Coach, Mom & Duck & Chicken Owner 8th year in business & 8th year running Learn to run and or walk fit Kaley played competitive sports her entire life. In track & field she won state championship for 800 m, 4x 800, and 300 m hurdles. She moved on to compete in the national qualifying meet. She also received a scholarship to play basketball and rodeo at Cochise Community College. She loves the great outdoors and helping others enjoy movement in the great outdoors and ensures to provide a safe & effective training session.
