Service Description

This 6 Week Girl’s Sprinting Program (ages 9-17) is designed to help you or your child increase their speed, gain endurance, gain flexibility, and improve form. Great for any athlete to get better in their sport. We believe running is a great skill that can be continued throughout life, contributing to long-term physical and mental health. Girl’s Sprinting Program includes: *Muscle testing assessment to ensure we build strength in weaker areas *Baseline speed testing *Educational talk each week *Sports nutrition information *Warm-up with mobility work *Thorough Cool Down with professional stretch tips(coach is Fascia stretch therapist) *End of program speed testing Introducing your coach Kaley Metler, CPT Certified Personal Trainer, Fascial Stretch Therapist, Sports Nutrition Level III Certified, Group Fitness Coach, Mom & Duck & Chicken Owner Kaley played competitive sports her entire life. In track & field she won state championship for 800 m, 4x 800, and 300 m hurdles. She moved on to compete in the national qualifying meet. She also received a scholarship to play basketball and rodeo at Cochise Community College and New Mexico State University(rodeo here). She loves the great outdoors and helping others enjoy movement in the great outdoors and ensures to provide a safe & effective training session.
