Walkfit-Getting back into exercise or want to enjoy the benefits of the great outdoor.  We do intervals of cardio along the way and stop for some strength training exercise.  A beginner workout that will build up a sweat still.


HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training

30-40 min cardio based class to get you an amazing workout in a short amount of time so you can get back to your other calls of life :) All levels are welcome in my  classes as I give great modifications!!

Bootcamp & Strength Training

Boot Camp/Circuit Training/Strength Training (Indoor & Outdoor)

Mainly body-weight exercises

Lots of variety of cardio & strength Intervals or circuits

Fun environment with games and challenges to keep you engaged

A lot has changed since I started PiYo a little over three months ago.

  • I can run 13.1 miles

  • My balance has improved tremendously

  • My flexibility has increased by a TON

  • It sounds cliché, but I do get out of bed with no stiffness
